My path to real estate runs through 18 years in technology across banking, home insurance, healthcare, and data-intensive industries. As a QA Lead and Business Analyst at Wells Fargo in commercial lending (ABL), I built my career around intake and analysis, risk assessment, negotiating across teams, and keeping complex processes on track and on deadline. Those same skills translate directly into how I guide clients through a real estate transaction - organized, thorough, and always moving things forward.

Having lived in Israel and Canada and relocated to Charlotte in 2017, I understand the relocation experience firsthand, not just professionally.
